Will my items be discreetly packaged?:

Yes, customer privacy is of top priority to us and we take great care to ensure all packages leave no clues as to what's inside. There are no logos or company name on the outside, we use extra packing tape to ensure all edges are sealed, and that there is no chance of it coming open unintentionally.

How long will my items take to arrive?:

All items are in stock and your order will be processed within 24 hours. Delivery within the UK usually takes 1 to 2 days and other European destinations take 3 to 4 days on average. We ship daily Monday to Friday.

Are my details kept safe?:

Yes, we do not give, sell or trade any of our customers personal information.  We do not operate mailing lists and the only things you will receive from us are the items you purchase.

Can I return unwanted items?:

Due to the nature of our products we only accept returns of items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery.  Should the item prove to be faulty or damaged in transit we will offer a full refund or a replacement item.
